Mac OS X Lion is on its way!
Smaller improvements in the Mac OS X Lion
The developer version of the newest version of the Snow Leopard Mac OS X is just published. Apple applied a lot of improvement and claims now that the operating system has no more bigger issues. It will take some weeks until Apple will offer you the new version – if you are updating your software automatically you´ll get noticed as soon as it´s available.
So what’s new in the Mac OS X Lion?
There are a lot of smaller improvements made to the Mac OS X Lion, for example the new air print function should be included now which will help you to print documents from your iPhone, iPad or iPod wirelessly. You’ll need a network printer which supports this AirPrint. Some of Hewlett Packards printers are doing that at the moment. One of them is the HP Officejet Pro 8500A – it´s a great all in one printer which prints everything in highest quality.
Some more improvements will be included in the newest version of the Mac OS X. Apple has improved the exchange with Microsoft-Exchange-Servers and Airport Extreme works now better with many printers. But also some bugs in iCal, the adress book, Dock and VoiceOver have been fixed.
It might take some weeks until the newest version of this fixes will be released for the enduser but stay tuned, it will fix even the few bucks Mac OS X has.
